THE QUESTIONS
The Bible is a
big book, but it’s such an important book - it is a guide for our lives given
to us by God, it is a lamp unto our feet. It is not always easy to read or
understand, and the vast amount of information within its pages can certainly
be overwhelming at times!
That’s why
we’ve created this free eBook, to provide an
entertaining way of helping you to discover more of the Bible and perhaps
encouraging you to look more deeply into passages that interest you.
The questions
are largely based on the King James Version of the Bible, but we have on
occasions used other versions to give a better reading.
We’ve arranged
the questions in order of difficulty, and while individual questions may be a
little easier or harder than their position would suggest, each section as a
whole gets progressively harder.
THE ANSWERS
The answers are
generally taken from the KJV, but we have on occasions used other versions
where appropriate. Answers will vary between different versions and so we have
provided the references and encourage you to look in your own Bible as the
final authority. Occasionally we have provided references to Strong’s
Concordance of the Bible.
We have tried
to make sure all the questions and answers are accurate but it is inevitable we
have overlooked something (like an alternative answer we hadn’t thought of).
If you do find
an alternative answer, error or omission we would love to hear from you so we
can alter the question or replace it in future editions and with your help we
can make this free eBook even better! Before
reporting errors, please make sure you have the latest version of this eBook which can be obtained from http://biblequizzes.org.uk/ebook.php. Please email ebook@biblequizzes.org.uk with your comments,
providing Bible references where possible.
