Orders, catalog requests, video and book sales information - Order Department For urgent CREATION/EVOLUTION-related questions that truly require a PERSONAL answer, contact our volunteer Creation superlibrary coordinator -- Because of the large quantity of e-mails being received, most requests for PERSONAL answers must be handled by unpaid volunteers. Our volunteers try to answer e-mails immediately, but when the volume becomes very large, it is impossible. They try to answer the most urgent messages first. When they are swamped, they generally answer the newest letters first to provide timely replies while the issue is still fresh for you, rather than concentrating on the oldest (possibly stale) letters. Please treat our dear volunteers with courtesy and appreciation. Remember that they are responding to your letter as a labor of love in Christ's service. They are unpaid, and you are receiving their help without cost. These volunteers have full-time jobs elsewhere, family responsibilities, and many other demands on their time. There is also a turnover in volunteers, as they cannot always stay involved. Growing this group of people is not easy. Please be patient. If you do not hear from them within 10-14 days, then please understand that they are swamped. Also keep in mind that some of the letters these volunteers receive are difficult and time-consuming to answer, so please pray for them. Haven't received an answer? If you have already sent an e-mail, and you still need a response, then don't be shy about sending our volunteers a note saying an answer would still be appreciated... and forgive them for not being as prompt as you (and they) we would like.
